Returns, Refunds & Cancellations


Thank you for shopping with us! Since all our products are custom made based on your order we request you to please carefully review our return policy below to avoid any confusions or misunderstandings.


  1. No Returns or Exchanges for Incorrect Choices:

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse. As all our products are printed on order we urge you to carefully consider your purchase as we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.


  1. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:

If your item is damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 15 days of product delivery. We offer a free replacement or a refund. Make sure to fill out the “Submit issue” form on our website and include a clear photo showing the issue.


  1. Multiple Products with the Same Issue:

If there is an issue affecting multiple products with the same design, please provide an additional photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame. This will be required for confirmation purposes.


  1. My order status says delivered but I haven’t received my item:

If there's a problem with your delivery, please ask the delivery company using your tracking number to find out what happened. Then, let us know what they said. Once we send out your order, it's up to the delivery company to get it to you, but we'll still try our best to help if there are any problems.


  1. Tolerance in Print Placement for DTG Products:

Please note that there may be a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.


  1. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. However, please note that this may take between 7 - 15 days to hit your bank account.

Order Modification, Cancellation, and Shipping Policy


1. Before the Order is Sent to Production:


Order Changes: You may cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing your order. Including adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method through your account with us, as long as the order hasn’t been sent to production.


In case your order is ‘On Hold’ please send us an email with your name, order no. and address and the changes you’ll like to make we’ll amend the order for you.


2. After the Order is Sent to Production:


Cancellation: Once the order has been sent to production, it may not be possible to cancel it as our print providers may already be working on fulfilling the order. You can click on the order in your account and follow the “Cancel order” procedure. If an automatic cancellation isn't possible, our Support Team will contact the Print Provider to request a cancellation and refund. 


Please note that cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered the production process and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.


3. Address Change: 

Address changes are currently not possible so please make sure that you enter your current address correctly before placing your order. There will be no refund or exchange eligible for delivery to an incorrect address.


Note on Cancellation and Changes:


Any edits or cancellations are subject to the production status and may be limited once the order has reached production.
